OrderZupp App Updates

We’re excited to introduce two new features to enhance your experience with the OrderZupp app!

1. Access Zuppler Chef Directly from OrderZupp

You can now open Zuppler Chef directly from the OrderZupp app, making it easier to manage configurations, update menus, and check reports.

There are two ways to access Zuppler Chef:

• Via the Navigation Menu

  1. Tap the hamburger icon in the top-right corner of the app.
  2. In the navigation menu, find Zuppler Chef (second-to-last option).
  3. Select it to be redirected to Zuppler Chef.

• Via Account Settings

  1. Tap the hamburger icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select your username at the top of the navigation menu.
  3. In the Settings page, find the account you want to manage.
  4. Tap "Manage Menu" to open Zuppler Chef.

Note: You will need to log in the first time you access Zuppler Chef. Once logged in, your session remains active for 24 hours.

2. New Order Display Settings for Staff

We’ve added a new setting that allows restaurant owners and admins to control which order details their staff can see.

The following details can now be hidden from staff view:
✅ Customer Name
✅ Customer Email
✅ Customer Phone
✅ Delivery Fee
✅ Tips
✅ Service Charges
✅ Tax
✅ Order Total

How to Update Display Settings:

1. Tap the hamburger icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select your username at the top of the navigation menu.
3. Find the restaurant you want to update and tap the settings wheel icon next to it.

Select the details you want to hide, then tap "Save".

Note: Staff members will see only the permitted details. Admins will always have full visibility of all order details.
