I am happy to announce that our first Factor4 Gift Card Client, Oasis Mexican Grill is live! Since they were originally using Zuppler Gift Cards, we did migrate any user with a balance over to Factor4. This will allow them to use their remaining balance through Factor4's gift card tender.
Factor 4 did send an email out to all the users, with a remaining balance, to inform them of the new ID they will use to redeem their balance going forward. It is basically the phone number that we have tied to their card in our system.
@Tech Support and @Shift Managers If any users call in from Oasis stating that they cannot redeem their card you can follow the below steps to help troubleshoot.
1.) Ask them for their name
2.) Go to the 'cards' section for Oasis Mexican's gift card in Chef and search for their name

3.) There you can pull their phone number, which is what they can input to redeem their Factor4 card. The format will be exactly how it shows in Chef, excluding the '+'. For example, for this user you would share 19738796148.
@Dee Yadav and @RDS MP Onboarding, as you are aware I asked Mike (Factor4) to create a test ID for me to validate the flow with Oasis for. I did validate and can confirm the gift card is working and the order is successfully injecting into Clover.
